Captain´s Dinner

The venue for the Dinner Dance will be 'Caldas de Monchique' on the evening
of June 17th, 7 for 7.30 pm.  For those of you who have not been there, it is
a fantastic place for a dinner dance with spectacular views and wonderful
surroundings. The whole square has been hired which is stunning when lit up
at night. We will have live music after dinner, so ladies if you are
dancing, please bring some flat shoes, as the square is the traditional
calcada.

The hotel is offering a discounted rate on rooms so if you would like to
stay the night, please phone the hotel direct and make your booking,
mentioning that you are part of the Captain's Dinner. 35 rooms have been put
on hold and are available to book up until 28th February 2018. Thereafter
the rooms will be subject to availability.

Single BB – 1 pax: 60€
Double/Twin BB – 2 pax:  65€
Extra bed adult (staying in double room): 20€ supplement
Extra bed child 4 – 12 years of age (staying in double): 10€ supplement
1 bedroom apt – 4 pax: 90€
Suites – 2 pax: 100€

The cost of the evening is 39€ per person which includes a welcome drink on
arrival, live music, three course meal, wine, beer and soft drinks during
the meal. Tables will seat 10 to 12.

Deadline for cancellation is Monday, June 11th.
