Captain's Dinner - Registration is Closed

The venue for the Captain's Dinner Dance will be the Macdonald Monchique Resort & Spa on the evening of Sunday the 25th.  For those of you who have not been there it is a fantastic place for a dinner dance with spectacular views and wonderful surroundings.

We will be having pre dinner drinks served on their Mezzanine Bar Terrace followed by a delicious five course dinner + coffee and petit fours.  The dinner will be Euros 42 per head including tip, wine and pre-dinner drinks.

We can organise transport with one pick up point in Guia, possibly one in Porches (if required) and one in Carveiro if people are interested in using this.  The coach seats 49 passengers, and if we fill it, the price per person will be approximately Euros 5 return. A great price, I think you will agree!! Alternatively, the hotel is offering a discounted rate on rooms if you would like to stay the night, and also a discounted rate on Spa Treatments, on the Sunday or the Monday.  If you would like to stay the night and/or have a Spa Treatment, please phone the hotel direct and make your booking, mentioning that you are part of the Serra da Monchique Party.  Their telephone number is 282 240 100.

We will be sending out a menu nearer the time, and collecting information about any special dietary requirements, but in the meantime we would like to start getting some idea of numbers, and demand for the coach so PLEASE WOULD YOU EMAIL us to let us know if you would like to attend the Dinner Dance, and if you would like a seat on the coach, let me know which stop you would be getting on at.
