This year our Christmas Dinner will not be at any of the Pestana restaurants, but will be at the brand new superbly refurbished Tivoli Hotel in Carvoeiro.

Starter

Pumpkin Cream with Ginger and Sprouts

Main

Stuffed Turkey with Asparagus 'Migas" (fried breadcrumbs with garlic and butter) Alentejo Sausage over Mashed Potatoes and Broccoli

Side dish: Roast Potatoes, Roast Carrots and Turnips, Sprouts with Chestnuts and Gravy

Dessert

Cream Custard wirh Red Fruits, Vanilla Ice Cream and Cinnamon

Coffee and Petit Fours

Drinks

Wine, beer, water and soft drinks included during dinner

Cost: 35 Euros pp - Tables of 8 on the website (10 would be possible)

Payment on the night. Once everybody is seated I will collect payment per table. Please, if  one of you could collect the right amount for your table that would be great.

Room Rate:

Single room incl. breakfast is 80 Euros, double room incl. breakfast is 90 Euros
