President's Dinner Dance - Registration is Closed

This year the President’s dinner dance will be held in the Olive Tree Restaurant at the Vale d'Oliveiras Quinta Resort & Spa on the 14^th September 2019.  This is a superb 5 star venue located near Gramacho Golf course.

Pre-dinner drinks will be served on the terrace overlooking the swimming pool area and surrounding hills.  The main event, which is a 3 course sit down meal will be held in spacious dining room, which is light and airy.  Following the meal there will be dancing to our very own DJ Gary.

You will arrive at the venue at 19:00, where you will have pre-dinner drinks consisting of white, red and rosé wine, still or sparkling water and beer.  Dinner will be at 19:30, with the menu as follows:

Starters (choice of one of the following)

Seasonal Vegetable Salad

Fish Soup

Chicken terrine, honey and mustard mushroom pickle

Main Course (choice of one of the following)

Pumpkin risotto

Cured and Smoked Salmon with Cauliflower Puree and Bio Vegetables

Traditional fish Caldeirada (Fish, Prawns, clams, bell peppers tomato, sweet potato)

Pork shoulder at 64ºC, carrot and spice puree and bio vegetables

Beef tenderloin, oxtail, celery puree, peas and vegetables from our Farm

Dessert (choice of one of the following)

Seasonal Fruit Salad

Mango & yogurt Dome (Mango and passion fruit gel, yogurt, white chocolate, granola, ginger ice cream)

Almond dacquoise, rhubarb in two textures (almond and olive crumble, “Amarguinha” ice cream)

Followed by tea and coffee

Note: White, Red and Rosé wine, Still or Sparkling water and Beer are included in the cost and will be served throughout the meal.  After the meal drinks can be purchased from the bar.

The cost of this event will be €35 per person.  When booking please state your choice of starter, main course and desert.

Dress code is smart casual (no shorts please) 

This event will be closed on 7th September, after which date, unfortunately no shows will be charged in full
