CAPTAIN'S DINNER
The venue will be the beautiful Vale d'Oliveiras resort next to the 6th hole of Gramacho.
Price per person 45 euros, which includes welcome drinks, a delicious buffet, and the usual drinks throughout the meal.
Buffet Menu
Plain salad:
Lettuce, tomato, carrot, red onion, cucumber.
Mixed salad:
Chick pea salad with cod fish, pasta with salami and cocktail sauce, marinated fish, red cabbage and citrus salad, roasted pumpkin with cheese and rocket leaves, bean and charcuterie salad, fish roe salad, spanish mussels.
Main course:
Traditional cabbage soup. Roasted lamb leg with potato. Octopus Lagareiro style. Chicken wings. Vegetable lasagna. Basmatic rice, roasted potatoes, steamed vegetables, grilled vegetables.
Desserts:
Strawberry panna cotta, chocolate, banana and caramel terrine, creme brule, chocolat brownie, egg pudding, fresh sliced fruit.
Music and entertainment by David Paul.
The price for staying one night in their hotel, is to be advised.
