Italian Tapas Lunch
The Pig Gourmet will be organising an Italian Tapas Lunch for us, but it will also include 2 hot dishes of the Tuscan tradition.
One of meat; our Porchetta spread with mushrooms
And one of fish; Baccala' alla Livornese, an ancient (but new way for you) to taste cod
There will be some cooked and stuffed eggs and served with pickled anchovy fillets
There will be some good mozzarella alla caprese
There will be Parma ham, Tuscan salami etc.
There will be baked vegetables and salads
And...... samples of pizzas
Euro 25 pp
This includes: 1 bottle of still or sparkling water for 2 people and 1 bottle of Montemor do Alentejo (red or white) for 2 people or a soft drink or a beer.
