Another glorious Algarvean autumn day and a course in fabulous condition saw a host of low scores in this months medal. Nearly a third of the field bettered or played to their handicap, this must be a record for what is normally a tough competition. This months winner was Karen Huxtable.

She carded a magnificent net 64 to win the overall best score. Not far behind were Bob Coe and Steve Edwards, both with gross 76:s to give net 65's, a score which would normally see first place! Winner of the Silver Division was Ken Shelton with a 68.

This was the last Qualifying event for the Foundation Cup and the list of entrants is now complete.The Competition Secretary has the names which will appear on the website soon.
