Would you like to see SDM implementing Golfer Ranking points based system? At any given time we can see who are top ranking players in the club and how long golfers spend at number one or top 10.

Using this system points will be assigned to golfers finishing in places 1 through 10, additional points for outperforming your handicap, winning official knockout competitions. To make ranking system reward most recent performance points awarded in a given competition will hold 100% of their value for couple of months, after that points will start gradually loosing their value and expire after 12 months.

This system can work alongside or instead of Order of Merit or Player of the Year. If used instead - best player of the season can be selected by finding golfer, who spent most weeks at number 1.
