The Club celebrated Presidents Day on Saturday 22nd September.

In glorious weather a large entry competed fiercely for the prize of the Presidents Jug and afterwards enjoyed a great lunch. Thanks to George and Lynn for providing a great day and to David and Mags for their organisation.

The team with the best score included a guest so they won the first prize but were ineligible for the jug. This team was:

Chris Price Liz Powell Bob Coe and guest Kevin Holden. Congratulations to them.

In second place but the top team consisting of members was Steve Edwards, Judi Murphy, Mags Taylor and Geoff Cox.

Third team with an equally good score but losing on countback: David Taylor, Richard Whitely, Sandy Rumfitt and Steve Quinlan.

Well done to all the other teams on a very successful day.
