Our annual Norwegian Day as usual was a fabulous event, the weather was "changeable' but mostly dry .Typically for this day there was a huge field, 88 members and guests enjoyed the course which despite the appalling recent weather was in excellent condition, the halfway house offered some traditional Norwegian fare and some rather pleasant Aquavit!

Many stayed to congratulate the winners who were lucky enough to receive some super prIzes, not least the first prize of a whole smoked salmon. 
Vice Captain Keith Scott thanked our Norwegian members for a wonderful day, also all those helpers who make SdM's National days such a success.

The competition was very close, 4 teams had the lowest score with the final placings going on count back.
