For those of us that were able to enjoy today’s St George’s Day competition, once again on behalf of members, I would like to send our thanks to all of the organising team who did such a brilliant job, and to those members who kindly donated prizes, we send our thanks.
Congratulations to the winning teams, there were some tremendous scores.
We are, of course keeping our competition team, led by Eddie , busy having just completed this event, he will be shortly sending out the start sheet for Saturdays Portuguese day.
Finally, my thanks to all of you, particularly those members who stayed behind for the prizegiving. The atmosphere on the terrace today was tremendous. Let’s hope we can repeat that on more occasions over the coming weeks and months.
