Past Captain Steve Edwards recorded his first ever hole in one at the 14th. Not thinking he'd hit enough club there wasn't much excitement but playing partner Bill Goodwin was heard to say "Eh, I think it might be in hole" As the green was approached there were only two balls in sight and both Bill and Captain Gary Edwards knew they were on the green so it was with some trepidation Steve went towards the pin, peered into the cup to see a Calloway 2 staring back at him.

He would like to apologise to players and green keepers for the indentations in the beautiful putting surface he left by leaping about in ecstasy!
