Despite a narrow loss 2-3 at home to Palmares we have gained a place in the top table and move into third spot. Hopefully we can stay in the top four this season and avoid the drop. Today's game was littered with some strangly high scores, two wins and three losses.

Congratulations to Captain Des and Chris for a fine win and an even more resounding win for Dave and Marja. The only close match was the final one, with the match at 2-2 past SdM Captain Ray Groves inflicted the fatal blow with a win against Mick and Les.
