SPECIAL DAY FOR THE "THURSDAY  BOYS"!  THE

MM QUARTERLY LUNCH WILL TAKE PLACE AT

"BRASSERIE ROSAL" IN VALE de REI (5 MINUTES

DRIVE FROM SILVES CLUBHOUSE).

DUE TO THE ABOVE THERE WILL BE A PARTIAL SHOTGUN USING 16, 17 &18

MENU DETAILS AS FOLLOWS, BUT IT IS OUR

"USUAL" DEAL, WHEN NO REGULAR THURSDAY

BOY WILL PAY MORE THAN €20, AND ALL

DRINKS ARE INCLUDED FROM 3 HOURS AFTER

ARRIVAL. LUNCH WILL BE SERVED FROM

TO START 

Prawn Cocktail, crispy hash brown, with sour cream & mixed salad. 

Carpaccio from Italian Bressaola ham with honey & mustard sauce, salad and parmesan.

Baked goats cheese with spicy tomato chutney and salad. 

MAIN COURSE 

Mixed fish  platter of sea bass & salmon with herbal white wine sauce, mashed potatoes & vegetables. 

Pan fried black pork tenderloin with red wine sauce, mashed potattoes and vegetables.

Vegetarian ravioli with truffle & butter sauce served with side salad and dressing.

DESSERT 

Strawberries with ice cream

French cheese with fruit
