Play your own ball. Stableford scoring.

Simply record all your scores, on every hole, to provide an initial total Stableford score for the team. The 30 worst scores - one for every year of wedded bliss? - will then be deducted from that total, to give a final adjusted score.

Social team competition, 100% sloped handicap, Yellow tees for men, Red tees for ladies.

A little note to speed up play (if required) :-

A maximum of 42 scores will count for each team. If one member of each team keeps a tab on how many 2, 3, and 4 points you have scored, at some point on the back 9 you will realise that no-one should be putting out for a single point. The single point will not be used as part of the team score (as you already have 42 higher scores), so the putt is un-necessary, and simply holds up the whole field.

Similarly, even putting for 2 points will at some point become un-necessary - you will only be looking for 3 and 4 pointers to improve the team score you have already accumulated. Please be considerate of your fellow members, pick up and walk-on.
