THE "THURSDAY BOYS" QUARTERLY PRESENTATION LUNCH WILL BE AFTER TODAY'S GAME. THE VENUE IS THE BRASSERIE ROSAL RESTAURANT, A 5 MINUTE DRIVE FROM SILVES CLUBHOUSE.      MENU AS FOLLOWS:-

Ragout of prawns in a creamy sauce seved in a Vol au Vent

Beef Carpaccio with honey & mustard sauce & parmesan cheese 

Gratinated goats cheese, with tomato jam and salad

Sirloin steaks of Black Iberian Pork, served with dauphinoise potatoes and fresh vegetables

Prawns & Salmon kebab, served with dauphinoise potatoes and fresh vegetables
