QUARTERLY MENS MATCHPLAY LUNCH AT BRASSERIE ROSAL AFTER THE GAME TODAY. DETAILS TO BE CIRCULATED NEARER THE TIME, BUT THE "KITTY" SHOULD BE FAIRLY HEALTHY BY THEN, SO EVERYONE WILL GET A €5 DISCOUNT - AND MANY MORE OF YOU WILL PAY EVEN LESS OF THE €25 ALL INCLUSIVE LUNCH THEY OFFER US!!

Fried prawns with Ratatouille

Marinated tomato carpaccio with baked goat cheese                                                            
Antipasti with ham, cheese, olives, choricco and marinated vegetables

Mediterranean lamb braised in the oven with fresh herbs, tomatoes and onions, with red wine sauce, Rosemary & potatoes
Roasted chicken breast on braised grilled vegetables and sautéed potatoes

Pan fried  fillets of sea bass with garlic sauce, served with sautéed potatoes and fresh vegetables

Thursday mornings are not "official" competitions, but the men play matchplay games in pairs against each other, and the ladies organise their own games afterwards. The men's entry fee is €1, and the weekly results go on a league table with prizes at the end of each quarter. All matches are drawn (usually 2 days beforel), but when registering please indicate any preferences or comments in relevant box. "It has been agreed by Pestana and our Management Committee that the rakes in the bunkers at Silves will now be available.


Please be aware that it is personal choice whether to use the rakes, but it may be prudent to use your gloved hand or sanitizer in doing so."

• Partners who are living together may share a buggy.
• The removal of flag sticks, use of ball washers and shoe cleaners will
  be permitted IF NECESSARY AND WITH HYGIENE STILL IN MIND for your
  personal protection and consideration for fellow players.
