The Club celebrated Presidents Day on Saturday 22nd September.
In glorious weather a large entry competed fiercely for the prize of the Presidents Jug and afterwards enjoyed a great lunch. Thanks to George and Lynn for providing a great day and to David and Mags for their organisation.
Yesterday, Thursday September 20th was Mandy Monks last ladies day before her and David return to the UK to live. Mandy and David have lived here for the last twenty two years and Mandy has been organising Ladies day for quite some time.
Saturday saw the return of the ever popular Not the Ryder Cup.
In an evenly fought contest the USA just pipped Europe to victory. Let's hope this is not repeated later in the month.

Sue Goodwin received a shirt for her win in the monthly medal.
Congratulations to Gill Edwards and Dave Brennan for their victories in this year's July Cup.
Both players scored 38 points, a great score on a course playing well but with difficult greens.
Dave's round of 74 was reportedly a very special round. Dave and Gill both qualify for the Foundation Cup.
Mel Huxtable also came in with 38 points and only missed out on count back.
